Who We Serve
Veterans and elders choose authorized care when they assistance with activities of daily living, medication supervision, structured meals, and a safe residential setting. We accept referrals through HSRM and work directly with your Community Care team.
Who We Are
Village of Grace is a VA authorized personal care home in Columbia, Mississippi. We partner with VA social workers and discharge coordinators to provide structured, trauma-informed residential care for Veterans who need daily living support. Ideal Candidate Profile Ambulatory or limited-mobility resident who needs ADL support (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), structured meals and snacks, medication reminders and oversight, companionship, and a safe, supervised home environment — but does not require IV therapy, wound care, ventilator support, or continuous skilled nursing intervention.
Elders & Private Pay
Elders who can no longer safely live independently but do not require skilled nursing care. Families, hospital discharge planners, and physicians can refer directly. Private pay and Medicaid waiver options are or will be available.

Pricing Table - No one shares a meal
Single Room
Double Room
- At Village of Grace, our pricing reflects the cost of care—not the size of the room. A single‑occupancy room is $3,300 per month, and a double‑occupancy room is $2,500 per month.
- Because the majority of our expenses come from meals, staffing, daily living support, and individualized services, the cost difference between room types is not space‑driven. Providing full services for one person still requires the same level of care, staffing, and meal preparation, even when the room is private.
- This structure allows us to maintain high‑quality, consistent care for every resident.
Respite Care

Adult Day Care
- 8 hour minimum
- Starts at 8 am
- Ends by 4 pm
